Policy Duration

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts (if not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

How to Return an Item

Email us with your order details to initiate the return process.

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. If your refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before the refund officially posts.
  3. Contact your bank – there may be processing delays before the refund appears.
  4. If you’ve done all the above and still don’t see your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us with the details.

Refunds for Gifts

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified about the return.
